I'm Penny, a fully qualified reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), and fully trained Pranic Healing Therapist and I bring the healing benefits of reflexology and energy therapy directly to your door in Windsor, and surrounding areas.

Try sitting comfortably and gently massaging the soles of your feet using slow, steady pressure. Focus on your breathing as you do this—inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Even just 5–10 minutes can help calm your nervous system and bring a sense of balance.
