Your holistic journey begins with a comprehensive initial consultation where I take time to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals.
During this 80-minute session, we'll discuss how reflexology or pranic healing therapy can support your specific needs, and I'll explain what you can expect from your treatment. This is followed by either a deeply relaxing full reflexology session, or energy treatment tailored specifically to you. You'll leave feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and with a clear understanding of how regular treatments can support your wellbeing.

Foot Reflexology
During your foot reflexology session, you'll experience deep relaxation as I work with specific pressure points on your feet that correspond to every part of your body. This gentle yet powerful treatment helps release tension, improve circulation, and restore your body's natural balance. Clients often report improved sleep, reduced stress levels, and a wonderful sense of wellbeing that lasts long after the session ends. Each treatment is personalised to address your specific concerns while promoting overall health and relaxation.
Hand Reflexology
Hand reflexology offers the benefits of foot reflexology through the reflex points in your hands. This treatment is particularly beneficial if you spend long hours at a computer or experience repetitive strain in your hands and arms. It's also perfect for those who prefer not to have their feet touched or find it difficult to lie back for foot treatments. Many clients find hand reflexology helps to ease tension, reduce anxiety, and provides deep relaxation.
Pranic Healing Therapy
Pranic healing therapy is an advanced, non-touch complementary energy therapy that can be applied both preventatively and restoratively to support physical health and emotional well-being.
It combines ancient energy techniques with modern science to accelerate the body’s natural healing process and is used to treat a full spectrum of minor and major illnesses, both physical and psychological. This therapy is used to relieve emotional stress, injuries, chronic pain and long-term conditions, restoring health, vitality and peace of mind.
Mobile Service
Experience the benefits of professional reflexology in the comfort and convenience of your own space. I bring everything needed for your treatment, including a professional reflexology chair, comfortable blanket and supporting cushions, and all the necessary creams and waxes. All you need to provide is a quiet space where you can relax without interruption. This service is ideal for busy professionals, those with mobility issues, or anyone who prefers to receive treatment in familiar surroundings. Please note that I usually accept male clients by referral only.

I provide mobile reflexology and pranic healing therapy services throughout Windsor and Ascot, including surrounding areas. If you're located just outside these areas, please get in touch - I may be able to accommodate you with a small additional travel charge. Your comfort and convenience are my priority, and I'll do my best to work with your location and schedule.
All treatments can be booked as individual sessions or as part of a treatment program. During your initial consultation, we can discuss the best approach for your specific needs and create a treatment plan that works for you.
